Q.   How can I join?                                                                 A.   You have to be a professional paperhanger for at least 2 years. You submit your application to the National Guild office along with your dues And once approved, you're a member.

Q.  What are the dues?                                                                   A.  The yearly dues are

Q.  That's alot of money. What do I get for that?                                A.  The information & expert knowledge you can gain are limitless. You  get what you want out of joining. Some  guild members are not even chapter members while others attend every workshop & convention no matter where in the country they're held. You  can also get discount or free coupons for primers, adhesives etc. And you get a free chapter shirt.

Q.   Do I have to join to attend a meeting?                                         A.   No,you can come & check us out several times if you'd like.

Q.   Do I have to come to every meeting if I join?                              A.   No,come when it's convenient for you but always check the meeting schedule so you won't miss something you could be interested in.

Q.    I feel like I don't have anything to contribute.                           A.    Everyone has something to contribute & something to learn. Maybe you have a home made tool  to share or maybe you'll learn a better way to doublecut . We want everyone to feel welcome & right at home.

Q.   Why do I want to exchange information or give away my trade secrets? Aren't you all my competion?                                               A.   No, we're not your competion.,we're your hotline & support group. No one in our chapter is looking to "steal" any work. On the contrary,members have called on each other to help with jobs or to take over an overload of work. Also when one of us is slow ,we know we can call others members to see if they could use some help. We're in the guild to better ourselves. The competion is non-guild members.

Q   .Do you just have meetings?                                                     A.   No, we also get involved in community projects such as charity hangs. We also do trade shows to try & recruit members & get the word out to the public on why they should use guild members to install their wallpaper.
